Originally founded as Cedar Falls Truck Equipment, our business was started in its present location in a one-bay garage in 1979. Our current 12,000 square foot production facility was constructed in the 1980s and includes a modern sales office, five large production bays, a 45-foot long, 10,000 cubic foot cross-flow paint booth and an extensive truck equipment parts department. Our campus also includes 2,500 square feet of enclosed warehouse storage and a 35,000 square foot field warehouse for our truck body inventory and truck chassis from completed and pending jobs.
Red Horse acquired these facilities in March of 2004 with a staff holding decades of experience in the trucking industry. Many of our key employees individually have over ten years of experience at this facility and over twenty years in the industry. Our mission is to bring the value of that experience and expertise with the highest integrity to the benefit of our customers.
